Val Kennett5 StarFantastic service! After coming round to assess which boiler to install it was quite clear they knew what they were talking about, they were extremely helpful and honest. When it came to installation day the two men were right on time and very friendly. They had to deal with our full attic and adjusting pipes that wasn’t easy but they didn’t give up and did a great job getting it all sorted. Would highly recommend and we are extremely grateful for all their help and a great service!!Tuesday 18th October 2022

I spoke to a chap in the morning and advised what the issue was and he said he could get someone out in the afternoon, which was perfect. Whilst waiting, as we had just come back from holiday, I decided to go food shopping and my husband called me to say the plumber had already turned up just after I left 😁 my husband said he was a lovely chap who came, knew what the fault was straight away and fixed it, all sorted within 30 minutes of arriving. After checking with a friend who is a plumber of what cost to expect, these were bang on price, efficient and sent me the invoice only when works were completed. Will definitely refer to family and friends if they ever need a plumbing service, or if I do again - thank you!Saturday 3rd September 2022
Linda Jones5 StarWe contacted Alan and he responded straight away and arranged a visit to look at the work we wanted to have done. He gave us advice and sent quotes to us the same evening. A new Baxi boiler has been installed more efficient and quieter and the pipework in the loft given an "MOT" as it was also in need of attention. A shower screen and tray was also replaced. All the work done to a very high standard and we are delighted with the work that we have had done. Can highly recommend Alan and the team.Saturday 25th June 2022
