Mark came and resolved a problem with my boiler within 2 days of my email query. He set a great example of good service - very friendly, professional and confident. He got on with the job, resolved our problem, also advised us of improvements to our boiler and fitted it without trying to upsell or anything like that. I really appreciated his prompt service and professionalism and I am extremely grateful to have hot baths again! :)

On the day he arrived 5 minutes early and was quick in setting up to complete the service. He talked me through how to check the water pressure and was also brilliant with our dog. 10/10. He always contacts me regularly in August to book our annual service, turns up when he says he will and provides a professional and first rate service. He's also a gentleman.
