We are thrilled with all of the work Andy, Ryan and his team carried out at our property. Andy supported us through the whole process, beginning at the planning stage. We could never have imagined how much more space we’d have and how fantastic the end result would be. We are overwhelmed by how great it looks. All aspects of the building and construction were carried out with great care, with Andy and Ryan going above and beyond, making the process easy for us. Andy and Ryan advised and updated us on every part of the build. It was evident that Andy and Ryan cared about the quality of their work and they clearly knew what worked well and what would look great. They were extremely accommodating, working hard to complete the project whilst we remained in the property. We have already recommended their service to our friends and would not hesitate to recommend to others. We will certainly be in touch in the future should we require any additional work. As soon as I met Andy I new that I wanted A&R Joiners and Builders for my renovation and the finished result has exceeded my expectations. Andy & Ryan have an ‘anything is possible’ mindset and their attention to detail and finish is meticulous and of the very highest quality. Nothing is too much trouble and plus they are always so cheerful and polite. All their team were amazing in their area of expertise. I love my home now it has been transformed. Excellent in every category - friendly service and high standard of craftmanship. Sensible advice and recommendations were provided at every stage. It was particularly useful to be able to specify our needs as the work progressed, and A&R adapted to those without compromising building or other regulations. This is a family business and Andy and Ryan not only helped plan the whole job, they carried out the work themselves with a hand-picked team of architect, electrician, plumber and plasterers. A completely rewarding experience free from any delays or hassle.

Andy and Ryan did a fantastic job in our loft. They were always punctual and worked full days without exception. Rain or shine they were around and staying busy. Expectation management was constant throughout, although they always met or exceeded expectations anyway! Larger parts of the job happened almost seamlessly and on schedule. When they asked us for feedback on various choices and trade-offs to be made, they always took note and delivered precisely what was agreed. Where we displayed a lack of understanding, Andy always took the time to explain the in's and out's to both of us, and never left out the important details or knock-on consequences. We felt as if we were in professional hands throughout, and by the end of the engagement that was proven accurate. Finally, the completed work was of top quality. We're thrilled with how everything has turned out. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Andy and Ryan to anyone.
