Update: The A team have reached out with all intents to put the below right, should they follow through with this offer I will be very pleased. ----------------------- A disappointing visit that keeps on giving. I saw A team's eBay adverts for side and rear sprinter doors, the photos were immaculate and was keen to get my tatty doors replaced. Having spoke called over a number of weeks as to when I should visit, they finally had some doors in and could help me. After a 3 hour drive I arrived and the team removed the side door and replaced a broken "snake" under the side step for a new one. This is where things started to go down hill, the replacement doors were dented, scratched and had surface rust. Having chosen the least worst side door, the team promptly panel bashing and touched up paint on the curled edges. We moved onto the rear door, again choosing the least worst door complete with holes for an extra, external lock. It wouldn't close. Repeatedly slamming it, harder and harder didn't help. Theories that the van had been rear ended were discredited and eventually slamming it really hard meant I could get on my way. Initially wanting to charging me full advertised price for "as new" doors, after a bit of negotiation I saved 10%. Admittedly I should've checked which doors had been put aside before we even started but having spoken to them over a number of weeks I was assured good doors were waiting. Now I'm aware that new and second hand vans are in short supply due to increased delivery service and component shortages but it should've been made clear these doors were dented and pretty scruffy. I paid as the work was done and there was little room for negotiation now. Over the last few months it has become clear a grub screw on the rear door's hinge was impeding its closure, the screw now bent and shattered after repeated slamming. Ok, so that's it right? No... I noticed the side step rocking, this didn't seem right; I removed it only to find that 2 of the 6 screws were secure. The third screw was trying to thread along the edge of the sheet metal and the other 3 were no-where to be seen, the corresponding threads no longer attached to the van. Now I appreciate this may have been inevitable as part of the works undertaken but I wasn't informed and instead of knowing why the step was rocking I've undercovered this mess which I've had to sort my self with riv nuts. In short these guys are probably between a rock and a hard place, few vans are being scrapped/broken and those that are are beyond recovery leaving little to harvest. If it wasn't for the surprises they left me with I'd probably have let this go as my own mistake/misfortune. Unfortunately I can't recommend, nor will I return to the "a team".

My sprinter recovery truck needed a new axle and these guys had a replacement in stock, supplied and fitted the same day. Alot of garages couldn't get hold of the axle and others wanted alot more money.

Been a month since i bought my van! All i can say is so far so good! The lads were very helpful and i saved myself a few hundred pound!! Thank you lads!

Brilliant lads just brought a van upgrade my radio needed front end for my brothers van got it £800 these lads are brilliant will be returning for parts in future and there service is brilliant 🤩

Brought a steering wheel second hand but the part was good as new also had seen some seats with the arm rest zaf the top man sorted me a price
