I would like to say what an incredible group of people we encountered at A1. We broke down on our first visit to Liverpool. From their first contact with us, they really couldn’t have done more to make our lives as less distressed as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and my family and I are very grateful for your efforts to not only get us off the road safely, but also to help us to fix the car and provide as much help as they can!! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Came out to me yesterday through Start Rescue. Engineer was a thoroughly nice guy who explained the issue and how he was going to fix it. He did a permanent repair and my vehicle is working perfectly! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Our tow car broke down on the A55 as we were heading up towards Angelsey. Luckily we were able to pull into lay by and I immediately phoned Green Flag and within what seemed like minutes A1 Car and Commercial were on the phone to us, keeping us informed every step off the way. Mark who came out to us was very professional and put us at our ease and low loaded car and caravan to our holiday destination on Angelsey. He was lovely!, and even refused to take the tip we tried to give him. Excellent service in a stressful situation and he was right, it was the air intake on the turbo charger that had failed.

I broke down on the M53 and after calling the RAC they tasked A1 recovery to tow my car off the motorway to a garage of my choice. Mark was fantastic from his initial call to tell me he was on his way to the final drop off nothing was too much for him. Mark thank you so much for going the extra mile and I will be calling you in the future should I breakdown again. I can highly recommend Mark of A1 recovery to anyone and promise you will not be disappointed.
