This place is amazing, the staff and owner are well organised and super helpful. You can come in and enquire about things and they will help you with anything you need. If they don’t have anything that you may need then they try get it in and if they can’t then they will suggest other places where you could get them from. I will definitely be coming back to buy some more cat things again. They are also very reasonably priced

I bought a blackmask lovebird because i wanted it to become friends with my female lovebird back at home. They convinced me to buy it saying its very friendly and sll. Had it for 2 months and its feathers are all coming out because hes been pulling them out, hes always running away when my bird is going near him and whenever we tske him out, he quickly goes back in and if not thst he'll hide in the corner of the room or on the top of a wardrobe and sit there by himself. Hes half bald at the moment on his chest and its starting to come down to his legs. Mind you, we got him for £70. Never buying a pet from this place again. Very pricey

Bought a kitten from this place. Had him for 21 Hours and he sadly passed away in his sleep, the shop owner was kind enough to give me back my money but it doesn't make up for the upset I went through. One of the staff members claimed to be a vet nurse.. I think she needs to do her qualifications again, she didn't even know if he was healthy. The pet shop is run by a bunch of idiots who don't have a clue!! NEVER BUY LIVE STOCK FROM HERE.

I can't believe this place still sell kittens, saw a kitten today in the window, looking like it just turned 8 weeks old, with claws not trimmed so it got stuck in the little scratching post they had in there. 8 weeks kitten, alone! It is 2020, stop selling kittens in shops already! Far too young at that. It's awful.

Really impressed with the work they do, being an animal and reptile fanatic in that shop really blows my mind, they have some beautiful animals in there and DO know what they're talking about. (because i know about animals too) Soon, i am buying a BEAUTIFUL Boa constrictor from them, i have already put down a deposite. Their prices are fair and reasonable, they all work as a family there to help each other and the customers. Whilst i called in the other day i got myself a part time job with them and i cannot wait to start. All the animals are kept in perfect condition in my opinion. The only one fault i found was one of the bearded dragons UV bulbs had fallen and they didn't notice until i pointed it out. LOVE IT, i have been going many years and reccomed it to everyone.
