Established in 1998 at Black Dyke Mills Queensbury, Bradford with 1 Ford Transit Luton van, AA Van Hire is the original independent company for the supply of all your light commercial needs now with a fleet size of over 150 vehicles. Bobby Dazzler5 StarI needed a van to move my daughter into her new house and TBH left it a little late with only three days to go I thought there would be loads of vans for hire. Not true, so the search was on. They were all in the £210 area but I couldn’t find one anyway. However, I rang AA and they had one at £160 for two days. That’s cheap I thought, the van will be like 10 years old and ratty for that price but no, it was a 67 plate and with a couple of knocks and bangs was absolutely fine. You have to do some ID stuff online which is easy and means no messing around when you pick the van up. The lass takes you round to show any dints ect and off you go. We picked up at 0800 which although early is great as you get the day started. We used the van without any problems and returned it 0800 two days later. Everything went smoothly so I would recommend to anyone wanting a value for money hire then these are the go-to people. If I have any gripe, it was only that you return the van with the same amount of fuel. That’s OK but we picked up the van with it showing just below half and I overestimated the fill-up prior to giving back and it was just over half full and with the price of fuel now can be quite a considerable cost lost. Most places seem to supply the van full and return full which is easy to do. Other than that, we had a perfect experience with AAWednesday 15th June 2022
