Technician came to check why my integrated fridge freezer was not working, the technician took lots of pictures and informed the problem was a gas leaking but that fridge freezer was sealed and couldn’t be fixed and needed to be replaced. Ordered new one, they booked to be installed in the following week but one day before installation they called me saying that the ordered model was out of stock, they offered me upgraded model for the same price but I had to way till the next week for the installation, later doing my researches I realized both were same price in the market. They installation guys came removed my fridge freezer, damaged my cabinets, scratched my floor and wall and after new appliance in place they informed me the cabinet door would be placed by another person, which was supposed the be their boss, because it was not slide door, in the end they left the integrated fridge freezer in place without any finishing around the edges and MY CABINET DOOR IN THE FLOOR. Later someone from the company called me saying that to finish the job there will occur extra charges or they could indicate a carpenter. If you want some professional company for replace your appliance, avoid this company.
