Can't fault our stay at all. Clean, comfortable and well run. It doesn't stand out in amongst other places we stayed during the Hadrian's Wall walk but that is not a bad thing at all. We had everything we need for a decent sleep (although the room could be darker - curtains needed!).

Spacious comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Well located for town centre and for driving out of the city to further afield. Onsight parking rather tight and tricky especially if you have a long car. Bathroom rather small but functional with effective shower
