The deriver is nice. The guy who answered the call is horrible. I forgot to make the payment and no one reminded me when I got off the car. I came back immediately when you called me. I made the payment but that card was declined which is not my fault. I offered switching a card. How could u just accused I wanna take a free taxi?? And threatened me of calling a police and just hanged off the call?? Is it how the company treat your client? Horrible customer service! You don’t even worth a star

We were badly let down by ABC. We've used them fine before, but on this occasion, they cancelled two pre-booked (through the app) taxis without good notice or warning - just one missed call with no message, text or e-mail. When we called them, they would not send another vehicle. They left two families stranded in a rural village at night, 10 miles from home. Do not rely on ABC. We won't do so again.

Booked a a taxi for 6 people inon Monday for Saturday night. They cancelled it via app alone ( no message, no email ,no explanation) on Friday. I rang on Friday and they told me that they could not provide a vehicle for 6 but could provide a vehicle for 4. So I booked a taxi for 4 people.On Saturday night, 40 minutes before the taxi was due to arrive (and a day after it was booked) they called to cancel it. Then they cancelled it on the app. I rang them - they were aggressive and unhelpful - they told me it couldn't be done at the price agreed (and paid for) and asked for more money. They then pretended to not be able to take any payment. On two occasions they rang off pretending there was no signal.I cannot trust this company. Can you?

Hi ABC, I have used you as a company for 5 years. Higher someone with a customer service IQ higher than that of a squid. I am tired of the rude stupid asssholes u have hired to deal with my business. One of them just hung up on me today again rather than fix the mess that is your useless app. Your customer service is not zero it is minus 5 rating at this moment. I dare you ask me for the evidence of this review

Drivers are generally nice but the grumpy old man on the phone needs to learn some manners - he’s barely civil and takes himself a bit too seriously. I was a regular customer but his bad attitude and rudeness means I’ll be using another company from now on...
