Booked my E90 in for a diagnostic about an amber engine warning light and an intermittent misfire. Travis gave a full explanation of the diagnostic process, the identified likely cause of the misfire (faulty coil) and then replaced the faulty part on the day. I've driven the car a lot since then and it's running very sweetly - no misfire, no warning light, and fuel consumption is much better. All in all, a great experience, great service and value for money, particularly in comparison with what a dealership would have done and charged me. I will be back next summer for the annual service and MOT. Thank you Travis, from a very satisfied customer

I won't be taking my car anywhere else!! I recently purchased an M140i and want it to last. I took the car to Absolute BM for a minor service, and the team went above and beyond in explaining the condition and requirements of the car. A main dealer would have charged more and swept most observations under the carpet. I got to see the condition of the old oil filter (a common issue on these engines), I got informed about some missing paint on the callipers from previous services and even got told the old pollen filter had been fitted the wrong direction (by a main dealer). They clearly know the model inside out, and have a passion for all things BMW. Being able to talk to the technicians directly gives you far more peace of mind about the state of your car. Highly recommended.

Took my 2001 E46 325CI convertable with 95k miles recorded to Travis for a full service in March 2022 having bought the car on Ebay in June 2019 with very scant service history and been reassured the car was basically OK after taking to a main dealer for a factory recall shortly after purchase where it was given a free "health check" which didn't raise any major concerns. Absolute BM carried out the service for a very competitive charge and discovered the radiator had distorted through overheating at some point and also had very little coolant remaining in the system which also had had zero antifreeze added to it. The radiator, expansion bottle and water pump were renewed for a very fair price and the car then remained with the workshop for a full pressure check, revealing the thermostat housing had been previously repaired with a sealant and leaked. To summarise, Travis and his team have kept my 21 year old modern classic away from destruction and added value to the car by by way of their service documents. Very well pleased, highly reccommend.
