£40,000 in savings, working full time, they refuse me to rent a £400 room because my contract says zero hours. I have been working non-stop for more than 1 year, doing more than 40 hours a week. Very rude the lady who called me by the way . TO AVOID , fake positive reviews.

The management is very poor, the communication is bad and would advise to AVOID. I booked a viewing for property, the viewing cancelled and postponed multiple times and each time I complied to postpone the viewing, in the email it was booked for an hour. After having postponed four times, eventually a date and time was set, while I was driving to the location I got stuck in traffic and was 15 minutes late but the viewing was set for an hour, so I called the agent whose name is Charlie Mcmonagle, he said he could not wait because his plan was to be there for 20 minutes for the viewing and then leave, while he was speaking he shouted angily the whole time. I then mentioned I the email time which was set for an hour he kept shouting angrily and hanged off. This was my first experience and encounter with the company, I hadn't even met them in person yet and it was all misleading, rude and condescending. My viewing was with Charlie Mcmonagle.

So many opportunities and experiences gained while I lived at this adhoc property in the heart of Shepard’s bush. I recommend this agency who have looked after me for the last 3 years here and prior to this, in a lovely building which was an ex community mental health hospital in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

A massive shout out to Hasnat very professional and a great communicator. Hasnat was super friendly and very helpful he made everything so easy. I have been based in one of their properties in Walton good pricing and very excited to meet new people. I’ve already recommended Ad Hoc to friends and family members. I rented with Ad Hoc Guardians for 8 years. The places I lived in were quite mixed and being a guardian is not for everyone. You have to be prepared to accept some compromises and to undertake more work yourself on the property than you'd have to in a normal tenancy. That said, the cheaper rent enabled me to pursue my artistic career and has been invaluable for me. The staff at Ad Hoc have always been friendly, helpful and fair with me. Doreeka was always helpful and when it came to moving out, Hasnat made sure I got my full deposit back quickly.
