We have 3 spacious lounges where residents can socialise, enjoy their favourite TV shows or simply relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.  We also have a delightful seaside café that opens out onto our conservatory where residents and family members can enjoy some private time away from the bustle of the home.

A lift enables people who have mobility restrictions to access all amenities in the home.

We have a patio garden to the front of the home and a secluded garden with a paved seating area to the rear where residents enjoy the outdoors during the summer months.

We have a dedicated hair salon, and host regular visits from healthcare practitioners such the dentist, optician and podiatrist.

Aden View Care Home Huddersfield offers a range of activities including games, arts and crafts and 1-1 pamper sessions.  Our activity schedule is designed around our residents’ choices, our dedicated activities coordinator takes residents on day trips to local beauty spots and into town to enjoy shopping and lunch at local pubs and cafés.

I honestly recommend Aden View, in Huddersfield. This lovely residential care home has great activities and the care team are professional and caring. 18.5.22 Visited again as part of a film by Kirklees Council on working in social care. The Activity Coordinator, Hayley, talked about her job and the many events and activities she organises for residents. It was a pleasure to see the interaction between her and the residents, who clearly enjoy doing the different daily activities that keep them busy. Kim, the Home Manager, talked about her career path and how she loves working with the rlderly and vulnerable.

I wish I could give zero, but there is no option. This new manager at aden mount care home is so rude and arrogant, with staff and residents, she does not even bothers to get out of her office to speak to residents or staff, to discuss any issues, instead staff get the blame for anything that's wrong. All the poor staff seems very stressed out. Staff are very lovely and caring, shame they are having to work with such an arrogant and bully manager. I do not know where this new manager got the idea that she could a manage a care home. If she doesn't get fired soon, this place will be closed soon.

Mum has been at Aden View for respite since November. She settled in well. Her room is comfortable and spotlessly clean with nice bedding etc. All the staff are caring and try to answer any questions we may have. She recently enjoyed a day out to Blackpool which was unexpected but she thoroughly enjoyed it despite the windy weather

This care home is a joke, staff are ignorant and unhelpful. Residents are made to wait when they want to use bathroom. No consideration is taken for residents with health conditions or what the health conditions are and they are hauled out of bed and made to walk the very long corridors despite how much pain they are in. I wouldnt put an animal in this home, clearly not a place you would put a dearly loved member of your family

Some staff are friendly and helpful But most are very rude, when you arrive to visit they act like you are putting them out. we use a purpose built room that always has various items dumped in it, if you ask them where the rubbish can go they look so miserable and act like it's a major thing, you are trying to use a room in the way it's supposed to be. Terrible, it puts you off wanting to see your loved ones Again another visit, again rude staff who just ignored us, watched us moving our relative into a wheelchair chair and waited for another nurse to walk in before saying to them they should use a hoisit Also 3 of the 5 star reviews from 3 months ago are from staff members
