fmg712 StarBooked for our first family holiday abroad for a while. Was told we would need a mini bus as we had four passengers and four cases. Vehicle which arrived was a car...and not in very good condition. Driver arrived on time and got us there okay which was fine. However, on return journey the driver was not at the airport to collect us, despite knowing our arrival information. When I called him he said he was 20 minutes away...half hour a later he turns up...in the same car... with a boot full of car seats. We just managed to squeeze our cases in. Told us he was made to do a drop before us, even though the boss knew he was picking up 4 passengers all with cases. Can’t fault the driver I suppose. Needless to say we won’t be using them again!Wednesday 14th August 2019
