I have been a landlord for over 10yrs and have historically used the standard estate agents to long let my flat. I decided to go with Alex & Matteo this year and it was the best decision I made. Both Alex & Matteo came to meet me and they were super nice, friendly and took time out to sit with me and go through the market place. Alex was my main point of contact however Matteo helped me source a much needed contractor (and he didn't have to). Communication was consistent, I would always get WhatsApped about what stage we were in the process, which was great. They got me a tenant with 2 days of viewings and it was an excellent deal. Their fees are alot less than standard agencies and you have the personal touch added into the mix. I am currently going 'let only' but that may change, I don't feel like I'm being left in the lurch but that I can contact the team at any point. In a world where it feels like everything is now in favour of the tenants, Alex & Matteo make you feel valued as a landlord. My needs were met and I thooughly enjoyed working with them. Thankyou!

I recently bought an apartment in one of my few preferred buildings in the area that I lived in a rented flat for over 10 years with the help of Foivos, Alex & Matteo. I can’t recommend Alex & Matteo highly enough. They have deep local knowledge, valued my property accurately, were very communicative and responsive, and were highly supportive in what was sometimes a difficult process. And they’re just really nice guys too! After the sale, I experienced some problems with bills still being sent to me and Matteo went above and beyond to help me sort out the issues. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Alex, Matteo and their team are running the risk of giving estate agents a good name! In difficult circumstances in August 2022, they quickly and efficiently found me a rental property in SE16. A year later they managed the sale of a flat nearby to me. In both cases they were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly at all time. I really cannot recommend them highly enough, and would like to thank especially Foivos and Alex.

Had a viewing at Hunt Close with my partner and whilst I thought the property looked reasonably good and Will the lettings agent was friendly, it wasn't a helpful viewing. We came from that viewing not knowing much about the landlord or property - I asked quite a few questions and Will was honest and said he didn't know / hadn't done his research. Also found it to be a bit of a red flag saying that the property wouldn't have been deep cleaned before new tenants come to live in the property. Didn't make us feel comfortable making an offer when the lettings agent couldn't give us much information. I give 2 stars for the friendliness & being on time.
