Nicola Quarmby-Connell5 StarLovely well kept care home. My mother-in-law is very well looked after, she is very happy there, and has made some new friends. The staff are very helpful. Especially Heather, who goes. Above and beyond, and keeps in touch with us, letting us know how my mother-in-law is etc. Cant thank Heather enough!Tuesday 6th October 2020
harry speakman5 StarMy wife's mum is there at the moment, been there a while, place is clean, cosy, warm, staff very polite, friendly and helpful, let you decorate the room how you like, the staff are always on the go, even asks us if we want a cup of tea, reassuring to know your loved ones are in such peoples hands, many thanks to you all.Saturday 15th February 2020
laura Southward1 StarCompany is absolutely disgusting.
The staff are ignorant and are thick as pig s***
When it comes to dinner/tea, they have the decency to feed THEMSELVES before feeding the patients. I have also witnessed this and that they basically leave the patients asleep in their chairs without waking them up for food. Staff pay no attention to any piece of information you give to them over your relative.
I would rate this 0 star but sadly I HAVE to rate it.Tuesday 24th October 2017
