Used multiple times over the past few years. Never had any problems. Professional, polite and courteous. Honest response if busy or can't guarantee specific times but equally flexible to try and accommodate needs. Have recommended to many friends and family. 5* service 👍

My daughter is a full time wheelchair user and was struggling to find a reliable taxi company to transport her to and from uni each day. This company has been a godsend. They are friendly, dependable, understanding and kind. I would give them 6 stars if I could! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, but if you have a disability then this company will remove any anxieties you may have around travel. Absolutely brilliant.

As we are new to Hedge End we needed a taxi to take us to Southampton General hospital. So decide on Alicia's cars. So pleased we chose them. Excellent service and can't praise our driver Jenny enough. She was fabulous. Definitely our go to taxi service in the future.

Try contacting them to make a booking constant knock backs so called fully booked some business this is absolutely unbelievable unless you are on Facebook they don't want to know I won't be bothering again
