My biggest issue was the lack of communication and care towards my personal circumstance which I think would have gone a long way with it being my first time purchase. In the end I decided to pull out and try and find something else as the whole idea of continuing with them made me nervous.

My fiancé and I just moved into our dream house! Justin and Ken have been AMAZING throughout the whole process. Ken showed us around the house and was really friendly and honest. Justin has gone above and beyond helping me and was always quick to answer any questions and put me at ease. This was my first purchase so he has taught me a lot! We will definitely use Allen and Harris again and I've recommended them to friends and work colleagues! I really trusted Justin and Ken. I'm happy I don't need them anymore but also think I will miss talking to them!

We were really impressed with Ken's professionalism from the outset, especially with the difficulties of COVID and have felt supported throughout the process by him and the team at A&H Wallingford. Initially we had three valuations and decided to use them for their honest approach, local knowledge, experience and friendly easy going manner. I don't think you we could have had better presented and more comprehensive property details than those provided by A&H. These are the tools to get the viewings and the property should sell itself if it's been cared for, well maintained and priced accordingly. We have moved several times before and although it doesn't get any easier, I feel reassured that Ken has secured the best offer on our property and has helped us in the tough search to find the perfect place to move to.
