mark sexton1 Starbooked an appointment in for Friday 18/02/2022, a week in advance, the appointment was between 12pm and 2pm had a phone call 20mins before 2pm to say the engineer could not make it as they needed to attend a gas leak.. (they must of thought of the worse case emergency) tried to re-arrange to Monday only to be let down again as they were fully booked. I would of thought as this was not due to my own doing they would of tried to do something to fit us in considering we did wait a week for the appointment!!! had never used these before, had seen the vans around so i thought why not, now i know why not.... Very disappointed as would of been a new customer, unfortunately i cannot comment on the workmen ship as they didn't turn up in the 2 hour window they gave me.. so on to the next plumbing service..
