My son has been going to Alphabet House since he was 9 months old.. he is now 3! All the staff are lovely and he really enjoys it. They look after him well and they always have fun activities with the kids. I would recommend this nursery.

Both my kids are going to this nursery and they love it. The practitioners are very good and caring. The building needs updating but the kids don't seem to care about that so I would rather have good education than beautiful decor. Good value for money and we also get 10% discount for the preschooler which is a bonus. Thank you Alphabet House

I knew I made the right decision for my daughter to attend this nursery as soon as I met to the staff. I was very nervous sending her to a nursery/child minder, however they explained the structure of learning and the steps they take to safeguard children. It was reassuring to hear this. My daughter has settled in very well at this nursery. All the practitioners greet her with open arms and huge smiles. Her practitioner Hena Begum and the rest of the staff in the baby room encourage learning and development through well planned activities. She has taken a developmental leap and is capable of doing certain things independently. She's always happy entering the nursery and bounces out upon home time. It's clear she had built strong bonds with adults and her peers.  It's always great to see her daily progress and activities on the App, which always make me smile. I just want to thank all the staff in the baby room especially Hena who's so kind and gentle with my daughter, it's like a little family. She instantly made me feel comfortable enough to leave my daughter in her capable hands from day one. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare.

Lovely nursery! Was so worried about putting my boy in nursery and whether or not he would take to it but the staff have been amazing and supportive and he loves nursery now. The app makes the whole experience very reassuring too. Highly recommend

This was probably the worst nursery I have come across in East London. Last week I phoned them up and spoke to the receptionist. I told her I was interested in sending my toddler to a  great nursery such as Alphabet house and what was the procedure for this to happen? She replied" I am very busy with another call" and slammed the phone down. I was shocked. Was my call not important? Was my child not important? I called again for somebody else to quickly take my name and number and promise to call me back. I never heard from her again either. This nursery made me feel myself and my child does not matter. They were not interesting in helping me out and they showed no level of professionalism. I am extremely disappointed that for a nursery that I held such high values for could let me down with an appalling approach to an enquiry.
