Horrible customer service and extremely expensive compared to other similar shops. I bought one sheet of plywood which was already more expensive than I usually paid elsewhere (nearly £8 more) and then they charge me another £1.80 for one single cut!!!! Other shops charge £0.30 to £0.50 per cut, but usually first 3-5 cuts are free!!

Strange set of people working here. Probably best thing is you can have a sheet cut incorrectly if needed.

Best customer experience someone looking for good quality timber could ask for. All the staff are very polite and know the right questions to ask. I would come again if I needed some good timber.
