From Adrian's warm and helpful advice to Steph and Chris's visit to measure up and Joel's fitting - nothing was too much trouble and the finished floor is fantastic. They were VERY competitive on price compared to other local retailers. Forgive the photos - the room is not finished yet:) but I am sure you can see the professional finish - we are delighted! Paula McAfee5 StarI have no hesitation in recommending Ambience flooring . I recently purchased and had all the floors in my home fitted by them . I had Karndean fitted downstairs and carpets upstairs. Adrian was extremely helpful , friendly and professional. Neville Thomson5 StarAdrian was extremely helpful and has a large selection of flooring options to choose from. We opted for Karndean Design Flooring. He permitted us to take samples home and arranged to call and measure the room and collect the samples. The next day he telephoned with the quote and we were happy to place the order.
When our building works we’re completed Adrian managed to facilitate us due to delays with other customers building works. The fitter , Stephen Bell was punctual, and did a superb job.We are delighted with the finished product which has really enhanced our lounge, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ambiance Design Flooring and their fitter Stephen. 👏👏👏👍👍Tuesday 22nd March 2022
