I had an issue at my property which i was unsure of as to how best approach. I picked AMC as they are local to me and had a solid rating, I was not disappointed. Andrew was prompt in returning my call, extremely helpful and very professional. He was able to clarify fully the likely course of action for me. He also advised me on a route that didn't mean me using AMC and consequently not spending a penny with them, in addition, he then sent me an e-mail highlighting what we had discussed and the best appropriate next steps as he saw them. Unbelievably good and honest advice, would highly recommend this company.

I was highly recommended AMC via my solicitor and I certainly back her recommendation 100%. I found both Ms Stevens and Mr Christou very helpful giving excellent and professional advice with my concerns regarding my neighbours Party Wall Issue. In addition, they were both very prompt in responding to emails/ telephone calls giving myself excellent advice and confidence to sort out this matter.

AMC provided a very professional and expert service when we were considering a lease for a new retail premise. They provided a clearly laid out and comprehensive report and identified one area needing work. We were able to discuss this with the landlord and it was resolved prior to signing the lease

Andrew was quick to respond to our initial request, he fully understood our problem and carried out a comprehensive survey with photographic evidence. The report followed quickly and was of an excellent standard. Andrew was knowledgeable, professional and nothing we asked was too much work.
