Came yesterday to have my partners iPhone 11 repaired and the screen was apparently working fine before we left the shop, the phone keeps getting locked and screen is completely frozen will be coming back today for a screen replacement but I will not be paying another 120£ as that is a rip off and I feel basically scammed

Ok service took a while longer than I expected. Times are challenging and hopefully my wait was due to a rush, lack of parts?

Rudest sexist man I've ever met. Only went in with a broken screen very simple to fix. He took screws out and ever put them back, also broken parts was put back in my phone. Had four screens and four visits to the shop in the space of THREE days. Every day was someone in the shop having problems. I wouldn't recommend them to my dead hamster let alone any other human. If you value your product then don't go here! Him and his staff only respected them of the same race!

Went in with a black screen due to update issues. Brand new s8 never used before and they said they would fix the phone and would come back on Thursday bearing in mind it was Monday. They said to me that they lost the phone in there "warehouse" and he gave me a replacement phone which had scratches all over it imagine how i felt knowing all they are going to do is fix my screen and sell it again at full price whilst ive got a second hand phone. I do not recommend anyone going to this shop EVER they will lie to you and break your things and charge you for there mess. Absolute disgrace and no customer service.
