I love working at Ashcroft love all the residents all staff give 100% to there job and go above and beyond management always looking to improve the home and residents are involved in making decisions

Wanted to put a review on to say I am very happy now I am back in my bedroom. After covid we had to move floors to help people but staff re decorated my original unit and I now feel more settled than ever. The staff who work with me are amazing and I just want to thank them

I have lived at ashcroft for a number of months and have enjoyed my stay. This last couple of weeks I have moved to the independent living services ashcroft and I am really happy. I am supported to remain independent. Staff help me where needed but its really nice to make my own hot drinks, do my washing and help with the house work. I go out with family often and the staff go out of their way to make me happy. I am so happy to be living here

Father I law is at this home..and I feel I need to sat a massive thankyou to all the staff ..especially the girls on today yor patience and understanding overwhelmed me .. very nice home and the staff have gone beyond in a very difficult time for our family x

I have worked at ashcroft for nearly 7year now and it is one of the best care homes I have worked in over my 15years that I have worked in care. All the staff are great and always willing to go that extra mile for the residents in the home.
