Joanne Furlong1 StarWhat an absolutely mess around! Made an order for deliver for it to take around 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive, then when it did the driver had mixed our order up so was someone else’s.
Called them to explain and they sent a “fresh” order out, this took half an hour- for it to get here and that was also incorrect.
When calling to tell them they had forgot a mixed pitta kebab they said they hadn’t.
Resulted in partner taking the order back to the takeaway, and having to go out somewhere else.
