I dealt with Charlie who was very professional and efficient, an engineer was sent out very promptly who was able to fix the problem with my television screen, very happy customer and very highly recommended! 5***** service

My dishwasher door was broken, but seeing as I’m covered by appliance guard, they had an engineer out and replaced the hinge within 2 hours, never did I expect this level of efficiency, highly recommend.
