My team and I will be working towards delivering  high quality of person centred care and focusing on care on the individual's needs., and providing care that is respectful and responsive to them.

I believe when working in the private sector, " The one you care for, are the ones that become your family".  This represents the great values of Bloomcare.

I qualified as a registered nurse in 2005 from Birmingham. I have worked in the private care home sector for over 10 years. I have worked on a Clinical lead level for over the last five years.

My name is Seema Khalid and I can with great pride and honor that I have been appointed as a Home Manager at Arden Court. I joined the Bloomcare family in May 2020 as the Deputy Manager. I am immensely proud to be part of the Bloomcare family and to work towards the values of this organisation.

Arden Court is nestled in the beautiful suburban surroundings of Eccles on Half Edge Lane and is considered by many to be “The home of choice” in and around the surrounding area, especially when it comes to dementia and specialist nursing care.

Our warm home and friendly professional staff provide round-the-clock care on your terms, along with expert dementia care in our Memory Lane community. Our team is as highly qualified as it is motivated, and they each see this as more than a job. We hire on the basis that people want to help others, and we imbue all of our staff with the same focus on preserving residents’ independence and maintaining their dignity. As with all of the Bloomcare homes, we operate a person-based, bespoke care service, in which each client is assessed on an individual basis and provided with an appropriate care package.

We take pride in everything our home has to offer, from the wonderful meals to our ceaseless hospitality, and regularly planned activity programmes.

We know that choosing a care home is one of the biggest decisions that an individual and their family ever need to make, so at Arden Court we place a real focus on this transitional process. We want to provide family members with the guidance and support they need to navigate a process which we try to make as straightforward as possible. Sometimes, a simple cup of tea and friendly conversation can make a world of difference, so why not give us a call or pop in if you’re passing by, so you can take a look at your new home for yourself. We feel certain that once you’ve seen how Arden works, you’ll understand why it’s such a special place to us.

I am senior carer at Arden court and worked here for over a year. I have been supported by management to complete my medication competency and work alongside the nurses. I enjoy working in Arden court and we have a great team of staff. We all work together to the best of our ability to meet the residents needs .

Dad has been a resident at Arden for four months. In the interim period, my myths about nursing homes have been dispelled. 5/5 Nursing care; Dad seems very happy and Sarah; Jessica; Josephine and Ann are amongst the nicest people you could hope to meet. Excellent facilities and they DO care. Not a home, its a happy place with a pleasant ambience. The staff are literally out of this world.
