Had an amazing experience here, trading in an old car and buying a new one. The sales assistant Brenda was so professional and helpful throughout, I couldn’t fault the service I received. It was all so quick and easy to do and the finance offered was a better rate than I’d looked elsewhere. Brenda was also just as excited about me getting a new car as me and my kids were, which made the collection day even more special. The car was spotless when I collected it, I’m hoping with two boys I can keep it remotely clean!! Excellent customer service and after care. If you’d asked me a year ago if have said I’d never have bought from Arnold Clark again but this has changed my whole opinion.

Very pleased with the process of purchasing a new car from Mazda Stirling. Totally different (and better) experience than the maintenance side of Arnold Clark. Connor was a great salesman, explained everything clearly to us, not pushy like other showrooms have been. Would highly recommend this showroom and Connor.

I have a 3 year warranty with Arnold Clark and find it great value. They remind me when the service is due, allow me to choose a convenient time and change it at short notice. They give me the option of a hired car for the day at a very reasonable price and are always very friendly and very efficient. The hire car was an automatic Toyota Yaris Hybrid, which was fun to drive. The car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up and they sprayed the interior with a "new car" smell, which is a nice touch. When I initially purchased my current car from them they offered the best deal on both my trade in and new car. I would recommend them.

Very poor service overall after an initial good impression. Ran through hoops until the 'satisfaction' report was made then blanked completely. I sat having a coffee when a text arrived saying that my phone was engaged and they'd call me back in morning. I called immediately and was told that the salesman had went home. When I called in the morning to say I needed an urgent call I was told he'd call me back.... I'm still waiting. Never again. If you read this guys... No need to call me. Glasgow branch has sorted the car

Arnold Clatk employees are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly Highly recommended. I always use them for my car servicing. Facility is always so clean and tidy.
