Ben Jolly was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Ben helped me find a car that was to the exact spec I wanted. He also looked gave me a couple of options to help me decide which was the right car for me and most importantly at the best deal he could get for me. This is the third car I have bought from Ben and I will most certainly be back when I change it again. Click and collect service at the Wakefield branch was so quick and easy. Charlotte was amazing. Extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease immediately and the whole process was done so efficiently and in a timely manner. My car was ready for collection when they said it would be and Charlotte breezed through the bits of admin so I was in my car driving away in under 30 minutes. She even went the extra mile to talk me through downloading the app and explaining the functionality and benefits of it. Would definitely recommend Arnold Clark and the click and collect service.

Great service from start to finish. No pressure when looking around the cars and then customer service was great. We were looked after by Simon Murphy and he couldn’t do enough.
