Lovely food, great server. Such fab value. The gammon was fantastic. Everybody loved their food. 2 meals for 8.99 on early bird menu.

We were all pleasantly surprised by the success of the whole evening at this pub. 25 people and 3 children attended. This pub was able to cater well for large parties whereas other pubs could not accomodate us. This pub had had bad reviews in the past but had now been refurbished and the food for the price was great. The food came out on time and was hot and cooked well. It was typical pub grub and the steak and mixed grill were a popular choice. The steak was cooked according to taste and a good selection of meats came on the mixed grill. Drink prices were not too expensive either. Our waitress worked really hard to make sure everything was great for all of us. We had a great time at this venue and will return for more family events. A great evening had by everyone.

Would certainly recommend this place. Friendly and approachable staff. The food was perfectly cooked and portion size was enough. All in all the experience was very enjoyable and will return again.

Had some discount vouchers again. Food is Ok (recommend the Big Stack burger) but the staff are great! The second time we've been and both times they have been really welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will go again ranks to them.
