I cannot speak highly enough of this company and their service. Their customer service has been amazing. And have always responded quickly. The products myself and my mum ordered are absolutely beautiful and the picture just don't do them justice. It is definitely one of the hardest purchases i gave ever had to make after my dad unexpectedly died. We were given a delivery date of 6 weeks from them receiving my order and my order arrived 2 weeks before. I cannot recommend this company and their service highly enough. I will definitely return back to them in the future when the time comes.

I am very pleased with my beautiful paperweight which contains the ashes of my much loved Mum and Dad, it now sits next to their photographs. The service I received from Ashes into Glass was excellent, I was kept well informed of the progress from placing the order through to delivery. The paperweight was packaged with care and sensitivity. I cannot recommend Ashes into Glass highly enough. A very professional, yet personal service.

I ordered a ring to commemorate my late Mum and the service that I received was amazing. This was one of the hardest orders that I have ever had to make and to say that the process was simple yet empathetic is an understatement. I received my order pack and you could tell that it was packed with care and attention. All aspects of the service was covered from the order process to the options on what is to be done with the remaining ashes. I was kept informed throughout the process and on the day of delivery I was emotional to say the least. My ring was well packed with a certificate of authenticity. The ring itself is beautifully made and well worth the money. It is everything I wanted and more. The relief that I feel from having my mum with me permanently now when wearing this ring is incomprehensible. I would recommend this service to anyone. I have never looked back.

I lost my husband Paul unexpectedly in an accident on his way to work on 24 May 2023. We had been married 6 months and 10 days and I was 16 weeks pregnant with our first child. The shock was absolutely devastating and the thought of being without him forever was unbearable. Our wonderful funeral director Natalie told me about Ashes into Glass and that I would be able to have some jewellery made to keep a piece of Paul with me forever more. Once I knew about this I decided that as soon as I got his ashes back I would get a halo tribute ring made. I feel such peace and comfort knowing Paul is with me always now and in some way will be able to be with me at the birth of our baby which is now only 6 weeks away. The quality of the ring is just amazing and I want to thank everyone involved in the process for the work they do.

I cannot express my joy at receiving my ring today. I lost my Mum in May this year and wanted a very special keepsake. Ashes into Glass are that special keepsake! From the ordering pack to the final delivery package, everything is perfection. I cannot fault them in any way. I am delighted with my ring and will treasure it always.
