The old man tried to pass it off that email bookings can't see vehicles.. yeah! The problem you have is it was a walk in live chat to your face booking. The person making the booking asked and was told its a long wheel base van. Class 7.
Then the old man said he'd try get a booking in Portsmouth that never happened.
I politely advised that the person making the bookings are educated. At leas Halfords say that they can't and give the reason. This was a poor excuse and your body language said it all too.
