Stay Away! Don’t waste your money or time, booked in for an MOT and Wheel alignment, MOT was fine but tried to make me buy tires (Despite VW seeing no issue with them when it was serviced the next day) and they managed to make the alignment worse not correcting the issue costing me £115 to put right. Complaint sent to Customer Services and I’ve received a reply asking why I didn’t not go back with no apology … it’s been 2 weeks still no reply or phone call from them and I’ve wasted £50. Don’t waste your money go to Halfords Service Centre Instead … Fairly priced, good customer service and professional … Steer Clear clear from Euro Master! Also whilst waiting they don’t answer the phone and let it ring so don’t bother calling …

I turned up for an appointment to fix a puncture and they initially said there wasn't an appointment and then blamed the lease company for not confirming. I dont know who was to blame but I still have a punctured tyre
