Shakil Suhel1 StarHad a viewing booked for 11:30am due to other commitments and travelling from Birmingham to come and view I had rang the day before to schedule for 11am but they intended it was impossible and can only view the property from 11:30am. I had stated that can the viewing start promptly as I need to travel back to Birmingham and they said viewing will take place at 11:30am. On arrival we had got here 30mins before to allow enough time to arrive. It was now 11:35 and no one had turned up, called the estate agents and they said they could not get hold of the agent. I called back again who then said that the agent was going to be 20minutes late due to an accident as he was travelling from Uttoxeter, which would mean possible around 12pm. He should have managed his time better to allow for these unexpected issues arising. Waisted 2 hours of our time to get here and travel back.Tuesday 13th June 2023
T1 StarWas interested in a property. Sent email for viewing. No reply but started getting junk mail from them, again requested viewing, again no reply. They should at least have the manners to reply even if they can't arrange viewing. Very disappointed. Wonder if the owners are aware they are not arranging viewings?Tuesday 9th May 2023

The gent who showed me around was polite, helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions honestly.
I couldn't move in straight away due to some work that needed to be done but all the advisors were helpful in keeping me updated with time frames when I rang, which was alot and they didn't show any frustration so I appreciated that as it wasn't a fun time for me when I was looking to move.
When I needed to get my keys, I was met by another agent so I could pay, which again was easy and informative.
I'd recommend Austerberry to a friend or use them to look for a property again :)Friday 30th December 2022
