Amazing service. Fast, friendly and helpful. I wasn't able to view the car in person as I live over 100miles from the show room, however, Chris sent me a detailed walk around video of it. It looked great besides the odd minor bits of cosmetic stuff expected on a second hand car. I traveled 4 hours by train to the dealership and was very kindly collected from the train station by Chris, who took me to the office. When I got to see the car for the first time, it was immaculate inside and out. All of the minor niggles had been sorted. I was very impressed. The paperwork was quick and easy and I was away within 30 minutes. Sadly the hard work of the valeting was wastes, because the drive home was very wet. It I appreciated it while it lasted! The car drove like a dream though. Cannot recommend enough.

Such an easy process. We traveled up from Kent to buy our car unseen as the price was so good. Rob had sent us a video showing any tiny marks and was extremely thorough. Finance was all done online and so simple. When we arrived the car was fantastic and exactly as seen online. We part exchanged our old car too and took out a lifetime warranty which was really reasonable. Would highly recommend AutoChoice and especially Rob. So pleased with our new car

Absolutely top notch service from the word go! No pushy salespeople only helpful patient advice. My lovely car was delivered within days of the test drive and was absolutely spotless! The heater was unfortunately not working and it was picked up from my workplace, repaired and delivered back to me within hours! No inconvenience to me at all. Rob has been an absolute star throughout with great communication and a friendly manner.

I went to Auto Choice with a particularly car in mind then changed my mind when I arrived. This was no issue for Rob and he let me test drive the car I had now decided I wanted despite getting the other one ready. He explained finance to me and reserving the car was a quick, easy and straightforward process. Rob was friendly and patient (despite my indecisiveness) and was not too pushy which usually puts me off. He was easy to reach and everything went through perfectly. When I went to pick up the car a few days later, Rob was again helpful, the car was ready to go and the rest of the process was very quick. I would definitely recommend to others

Just travelled up today to take a look at a car and ended up buying a lovely red focus. Chris dealt with us professionally, efficiently and made the whole process very easy. This was by the far the most straight forward car buying process I have ever been involved in. The site was very well run, lots of excellent cars and good prices and no sales pressure to make a quick decision. Very impressed with Chris, clearly know his stuff and a pleasure to do business with.
