Anne Davies5 StarTom responded to my emails very quickly and managed to come the next day. He was very polite, informative and professional. He did a difficult job repairing a malfunctioning close coupled toilet for a reasonable charge and he left everything clean and tidy. John Kane5 StarTom sorted out some loss of flow issues for us. Whilst new taps were needed as part of the issue, - he did not replace other parts for the sake of it, but spent a couple of hours cleaning out a tank & pipes, eventually finding the obstructing debris.
