Fantastic rooms. Incredibly clean. Very good location and easy parking (in our case street around the corner with zero troubles). The owners are absolutely lovely and take huge pride in their operation and are very organized, and provide plenty of local suggestions. The breakfast was very delicious and plentiful. Comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again.

Aye Stay is a place that combines the Scottish feel and a Hallmark movie set in one! It’s in a fantastic location with excellent and attentive staff! They provide all the details down to a “T” and make it convenient for their guests! We had the room with three beds and it was perfect for us! The breakfast was excellent and we love getting to know the owners and their family! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely book it again for my next trip to Scotland!

What a cute little place with adorable owners! Really great location 10 min walk from Inverness town center. The lovely couple that own the place will give you recommendations as to what you can do while here. Breakfast is fantastic. Bed are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Plenty of space. I will definitely be staying here longer next time.

Wonderful little B&B. Great communication from the host Roberta prior to our arrival. We had a huge flight delay and she was in touch with us until close to midnight and made sure we are in safely. Room was clean and the area is quiet and cozy. Definitely will come back again if we were to visit Inverness again. Superb service.

Our stay at Aye Stay was fantastic!!! Roberta and David were the absolute best hosts, so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The decor throughout is so cute but so tasteful and all their recent renovations make it even more beautiful. From the little Nessie out front to the hairy coo key holders to the little library room, every space has something to explore and find the little hidden details. The breakfast was also fantastic and David and Roberta helped give little suggestions to help make our plans for the day. The location is also fantastic for us. Set away from the business of the city but only a 10 minute (beautiful) walk to downtown and restaurants. One of our favorite stays of our trip!!
