'Care' didn't seem the major concern, when my mother stayed (and died) there, 6 1/2 years ago; various members of staff - not all - were more concerned with their time sheets than the residents needs! My mother's clothes, which were name tagged, were often missing and were replaced with well used rubbish belonging to whoever which , she was expected to wear. The food was then the cheapest standard fare available and rarely served at the correct temperature! At the time of my mother's residency, a bottle of expensive perfume, hidden at the back of the top shelf of her wardrobe, was stolen. My mother didn't even know that it was there and certainly couldn't climb onto a chair and reach it:, nor could any other resident at that time. It was never resolved properly, the management tried to blame visitors but, I suspect that it was a staff member. There, Mum, I told you that I would say my piece, one day. RIP❤️💞🙏🏻 I can only hope that karma has been metered out to those people who neglected and failed to help or care for their charges! This is also for my friend Chris and her mother, another unfortunate resident during that time.

Willow Court, which is part of Azalea Court is a very welcoming residence. The staff are very conscientious and work very hard. The residents are very well cared for. The rooms and communal areas are very spacious and clean. There are no unpleasant odours, which is very pleasant. I would recommend this residence to anyone, both men and women.

Staff are always leaving. Management rude and not available to speak to. Not a good experience dealing with this care home.
