Caroline Shiels4 StarI like this place, one of the better cheaper shops around. Great for seeing what is in, bird food is very reasonable. The bedding, curtains and cushions are fabulous. Cleaning and toiletries are good. You get what you pay for, and I am usually very happy.

Staff member (Tyson 098) went over and above to locate the item / carried it to the checkout / then asked to be called when item was purchased and carried it to my car. Cornflakes Packet1 StarGuy with blue hair and space themed tattoos urgently needs customer service training and spoken to about basic manners. Never been spoken too or treated so rudely in my life. We all have off days but this guy was off the scale. I worked in retail for over a decade and would have been dismissed outright if I’d acted like he did. graham carson1 StarOne person on the till when theres a queue, person on the till calls for assistance or another member of staff which goes unanswered. Bad management, the shop was practically empty so no reason for them not to come to the aid. Never see a manager about so can only imagine they are hiding in the office.Monday 27th June 2022
agatha lyons2 StarI have just left the store having waited 20ins in a long queue. There was one young lad on the till. After about 5 mins a lady member of staff (? Supervisor) came out and quite sharply told the cashier to keep his eye on the queue. At the same time she called for staff to come to the tills. 15 mins later when I reached the cashier he still was on his own. I wouldn't be surprised if he would be accused of not informing them of the large queue. The cashier was very pleasant and held his own and said it was his first day!! My heart went out to him as I think did others in the queue who had heard the call for help about 15 mins before. Granted it is probably tea break time which is well earned however I wasn't impressed overall by the customer service or lack of it.Wednesday 6th April 2022
