I'm one of those people who rarely leave a review, good or bad, but this branch and Jake in particular deserve the 5 stars and the praise! Jake recently dealt with my purchase process and I could not be happier with the service I received from him and his team on his days off. Always professional, kept me updated during the process and even chased solicitors at various stages to keep things moving along as smoothly as possible. He was also honest and transparent, qualities which are rare to find in an estate agent!

We viewed a lovely property with Jake recently, and were so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We have been searching for a property for nearly 2 years and have been to nearly 100 viewings in that time, but we've never come away from a property feeling as well-informed as we did with Jake. He made the whole viewing a pleasure, as his personality (even from behind a mask) shone through and he made us feel so comfortable and listened to. We've come across estate agents who seem focused on the commission, but with Jake we felt that he wanted the best for us. In the end we did not put an offer in on the property, but we wanted to give Jake some positive feedback for the experience he gave us. He's a huge asset to Bairstow Eves 👍
