Nice place. The pizzas were amazing. Lovely base and really nice food. Went with a party of 10 people and service was good and quick. Only 2 toilet cubicles so there can be a queue at times but all clean and tidy. Indoor and outdoor seating available and a nice menu. Definitely worth a visit if you're down in Digbeth.

One of the best Sunday lunches I have ever eaten! The staff are incredibly attentive and polite. The pizza is amazing and is like a proper pizza should be. Highly recommend picking up some baked goods on your way out too. The bread and cakes are incredible. This is a place not to be missed out on!

Pizza is out of this world. I’ve eaten a fair bit of pizza in my time 😊 all over the world, even in Naples the home of pizza and I can honestly say this is up there. The dough is amazing and they have a great selection of toppings. Also love that they have a great selection of local beers and natural wines. Staff are also super friendly and attentive. A must visit when in the area.

It's obvious that Baked in Brick use quality ingredients but every time we visit (3rd time last night), the results are mixed. The pizza crust is always undercooked giving a doughy consistency, but the bottom is somehow burned too! The toppings and menu choices are fantastic, however. Service mixed as a portion of fries never arrived and it took two attempts to get it off the bill. Craft beer was served in a warm glass ruining carbonation. It could easily be an amazing experience but is lacking in consistency across the board.

The pizzas were very nice and the loaded fries delicious. Service was really good, staff were friendly and attentive. I do feel it's a little bit expensive which is why I didn't give 5 stars.
