Why stay here ...

Updated 6 May 2022: We are now welcoming arrivals up to and including Sunday 25 September 2022, departing no later than 12 noon, on Monday 26 September 2022.

Please Note: Although not expected, June-September bookings could be subject to cancellation if notice is received from the landlord.

The Club has been operating Baltic Wharf campsite for several years on a renewable, short term lease while the Council planned for redevelopment of the site into up to 190 new homes. After the departure date above the Club will sadly vacate the site.

Important: Significant construction works on the regeneration of Bristol's Western Harbour area is currently ongoing directly outside of the site grounds and will continue until the end of 2022 at the earliest. Noise disruption whilst on site can be expected seven days per week between 7am-7pm. Due to the extensive roadworks through Bristol, please ensure you review the driving directions on the "Map" tab below before you set off.

Baltic Wharf Club Campsite is a waterside haven, located right in the heart of Bristol's beautifully re-developed dockland and close to the city centre with its lively shops and entertainment. For families staying at the campsite, great attractions include the Zoo and Downs Park: a cosy and safe place for young children to play and also an ideal picnic spot.

Many excellent cycle paths can be easily accessed from Baltic Wharf Club Campsite, including the Bristol to Bath path if you are feeling particularly energetic and adventurous. A selection of boat trips are available from the campsite, which makes for an excellent way to take in some of the most scenic views in this part of the county.

A real treasure. What a pity it has to close in May so someone can make money! Had a great stay and would love to go back but can't because of the above!

Great location for Bristol and surrounding area. Shower block a little bit tired but functional. Primary visit was for SS Great Britain which didn't disappoint.

Superbly located small level site in the middle of Bristol docks. Easy walking to pubs, shop's and attractions, far too numerous to list!!

Very tight entrance no good for twin axles. Don't arrive after 4.30 because the office will be closed and your name left on a peg. Quite noisy as on a main road. Van shakes when something heavy goes passed. Always wanted to come here but don't think we'll come back as very disappointing. Didn't help with all the roadworks going on at the minute
