Recently had a new cambelt fitted at a competitive price and today my car developed a fault. The guys even though they were very busy found time to assess the problem and promptly fixed it straight away! I have found them professional and very trustworthy. The latter trait worth its weight in gold these days. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Had my car in for MOT test and subsequent repair work. Had to call the garage to get any news about the state of play. The price quoted seemed excessive both in time and cost of parts (I have worked as a mechanic). When the work was eventually carried out I was charged for 6 hours labour even though the time taken was apparently 5.5 hours....so they happily took an extra £25 for absolutely no reason. When I picked up the car the inside, where they had been working, was left covered in oil from the hands of the mechanic and 2 of the repair items still weren't functioning properly, even though they had passed the retest on the MOT. I returned the car to have the 2 items correctly repaired and when I picked up the car it was again coated in oil on the inside: steering wheel, dash board, marks on the upholstery and carpet. Also, part of the steering wheel housing wasn't correctly refitted and and fell apart when I touched it. I feel that the quality of service at this garage is appalling and I certainly do NOT recommend them!
