I recently moved to the UK and trying to open a bank account has been a very stressful situation. Lorna was so kind and sympathetic when I met with her to try and figure things out. I could tell she really cares about her customers, and our interaction that day really meant a lot to me.

The most incompetent group of people working that I have ever seen. They aren't customer focused. They literally don't care about you it's atrocious. All I've been trying to do is get ID verified and needing to jump through so many tools for it it's not fair and extremely frustrating.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the bank is really convenient with parking right outside. However, on two occasions we’ve had issues with cheques that we posted in their letterbox in deposit envelopes and somehow they've gone astray. The staff were very good about it and went out of their way to rectify the situation, but it was still frustrating. So the lesson is - don’t put cheques in the outside letterbox.
