The reason I have given 4 stars is because when my husband and I walked in and said that we wanted some paying in slips the lady that greeted us was very offhand and said “ we don’t do those anymore, but if you want to see someone then wait” Well, we weren’t busy and spotted a young man who immediately said “ How can I help you? “…….much better! He was so helpful and spent a good 10 minutes with us sorting out paying in slips and ordering another card for us. He was brilliant.

Iam extremely disheartened with the service available from Barclays. Having been a business customer for over forty years I have never known it to be as bad. Phil Missey Building Services Ltd. My business is threatened with closure and I cannot get hold of anybody to talk to. Promised a call back after 90 mins but no it didnt happen. Director Phjilip Missey

I had a question about an old account and the greeter guy wasn't sure and asked a woman. He came back with the answer "you need to go online and fiĺl out a form". I asked a couple of other questions and each time he had to go ask her - she was sitting at a desk less than a metre away. So I asked if I can just speak to her directly and she said no! I am still stunned at the rudeness. The greeter was trying to be helpful but that woman is a disgrace!

I put some stickers on their ATM explaining to their customers how they invested in fossil fuels and exacerbated climate breakdown. They ripped them off. Why? Are the ashamed of what they invest in?

I’ve tried calling so many times on the phone, when the store has been open, and I’ve gotten no reply, I tried calling both number twice and even waited 20 minutes on each line for an answer, and nothing. They say they have a fewer colleagues in the store, but surely they can hear the phone ring?
