I have just exchanged on the sale of my house. The service and advice provided by Barnard Marcus, East Sheen was excellent throughout. They arranged 14 viewings in little more than a week for the open day which resulted in 5 offers, 3 of which were above the asking price. Will Richmond managed the viewings very well and Geoff Hunt's negotiation of the sale and follow up thereafter were excellent. During the rather tedious process between the memorandum of sale and the exchange of contracts, Geoff Hunt and Barnard Marcus more generally, chased both ends of the chain and provided all the support, advice and communication that I needed.
