I could not recommend this agency enough! Vicky/Victoria Abel is the most dedicated, hard working, professional and lovely individual you will ever meet! My partner and I are first time renters and she made the experience so easy and was always there to answer any questions (even if some were a bit silly)! Big huge thank you to the whole team that helped with our rental process but especially to Vicky, she really was incredible! :)

We just moved into our wonderful home thanks to Barnard Marcus. Priya and Victoria were incredibly efficient and proactive throughout the whole process. It’s quite rare to find such lovely and committed agents in London!! Highly recommend them, this has been by far the calmest renting experience I have ever had.

Our experience with Bernard Marcus was excellent. We had the pleasure of dealing with Victoria Abel who was amazing through the entirety of the house search, there to guide us through the process and ask any questions so accurately/promptly. In addition to this throughout the offer process we really felt like Victoria was on our side and really wanted to help us in our search, which we are so thankful for. They really couldn’t have done any more to help! Searching for a new home is always stressful and often can often feel like an uphill battle. We were thinking to move to Muswell Hill to rent a property, but most of the good offers are disappearing quite fast. We found an offer for the interested property, but it was mentioned viewing are only available from next week. I left my contacts to get call back. I was surprised how fast Victoria was able to answer and it was on Saturday. Moreover, we spoke several times with her, and she managed to organize viewing this day instead of waiting for a week. It really helped us to view the property and weight pros and cons for some time. Thanks a lot to Victoria Abel for all the organization and securing the dea!
