Best priced charity shop for miles. Always quality items. Staff are friendly and the manager works really hard and it shows.

Visited recently and was disappointed. This branch used to have an impressive selection of second hand books, sadly now the area in the shop dedicated to books has been drastically reduced for some reason.

I am a support worker with adults with mental disabilities and physical disabilities and use the glossop shop alot with one of my residents as it is quite for her, upon a visit today my resident needed the toilet and therefore after asking one of the staff members if she could use the toilet we was refused, now as a former manager in retail I know that people with disabilities can not be refused by law, upon stating this he checked with another staff member, we was still refused access as she said it was company insurance policy and also she wouldn't be able to get to the toilet due to obstruction, I then said I would take this matter further with head office and social media , I do believe that the staff member made a phone call to their head office but in the mean time my resident wanted to leave to use the toilet at home therefore we paid for an cd and left, as of her disabilities and the chance of her wetting herself in your shop causing her to loose dignity I could not wait for the outcome of the phone call , I am absolutely disgusted with what had happened especially in a charity shop and I will be taking this further.
