Catrin Needham2 StarI usually have a great experience in this charity however today I noticed big collections of dust forming underneath the clothes rails, right next to newborn baby baskets.
The elderly gentleman working there today asked me to remove my son away from toys (he’s 2 years old) and my son couldn’t understand why he wasn’t allowed to play with them.
Finally I noticed that some of the prices had increased recently, £3 for a newborn baby-grow seems expensive compared to what I usually see on the price tag 🏷.
Cleanliness, customer service and pricing needs to be improved.Thursday 6th May 2021
